It was a really tough choice this week – so many new words, expressions, phrases – all the time, everywhere.
Ultimately, the winner was ’scary’ — I first heard jack say this while looking at the monsters in maurice sendak’s where the wild things are. He is very funny when he says the word, looking for our reaction as he tries it out on us. Oh the drama, and at such an early age Hopefully one of us will be able to capture the ’scared’ look on his face this week – mlc

WTWTA. A dear friend said that it reminded her of me, and she sent me a copy. I couldn’t remember reading it as a kid, but I’m glad Jack and I are on the same page. The scary page.
