  1. . . . love these pictures. The colours are all so grey and wintery, it makes me miss Boston. . . as I sit here sweating with the sun shining in a cloudless blue sky.

  2. Well, it sure looks nice and warm to me, but then 30+ inches of snow fell in Montpelier, VT. I can’t even find my pickup truck! However, while it does look warm, it doesn’t like particularly inviting: I’m not sure that I want to live in places anymore where I have to have bars over windows or doors. But, the bricks’ colors sure are sharp and urban.

  3. rachel – it’s been a winter without snow – amazing – we had our first storm of the season tuesday night/wednesday morning. we will be happy to have you two back in boston 🙂 it misses you!! does it ever get cold in zanzibar? 😉
